Lyrics :-
कर्पूरगौरं करुणावतारं
संसारसारम् भुजगेन्द्रहारम्।
सदावसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे
भवं भवानीसहितं नमामि॥

Karpūragauraṁ karuṇāvatāraṁ
Sansārsāram bhujagendrahāram|
Sadāvasantaṁ hṛdayāravinde
Bhavaṁ bhavānīsahitaṁ namāmi||

कर्पूरगौरं (Karpur Gauram): It means the deity is pure and white like camphor. It represents the divine form being spotless and untainted.

करुणावतारं (Karunavtaram): This means the deity is the embodiment of compassion. It signifies that the deity is filled with immense love and kindness for all beings.

संसारसारम् (Sansarsaram): It indicates that the deity is the essence of the world. The divine presence is seen as the fundamental reality that sustains everything.

भुजगेन्द्रहारम् (Bhujagendraharam): This describes the deity wearing a garland made of the king of serpents. It represents Lord Shiva’s connection to serpents and his mastery over primal energies.

सदावसन्तं हृदयारविन्दे (Sada Vasantam Hridayaravinde): It emphasizes that the deity always resides in the hearts of people who have a pure inner realm. Just like a lotus remains untouched by the muddy water it grows in, Lord Shiva resides in the hearts of those untouched by worldly concerns.

भवं भवानीसहितं नमामि (Bhavam Bhavani Sahitam Namami): It expresses reverence and respect to the Lord who is accompanied by the goddess Bhavani, an aspect of Goddess Parvati and Shiva’s consort.
